American Studies Program Graduate Student Travel Awards
Provides funds to graduate students in any field for travel to the national or regional American Studies Association (or related) conference for the purpose of presenting their own research or creative work.
Travel Awards are to be used for travel from October 15 through June 30 of the following academic year in which funds are awarded. Awards limited to $400 domestic travel.
To apply: Please submit your name, graduate program and year in program, title of paper and abstract, proof of acceptance of paper at a specific conference, a 2 page cv, and an e-mail from the chair of your graduate program confirming that you are in good standing.
